How to Use the Seated Dip Machine:
1. Adjust the Seat Height
Make sure the handles are at shoulder level to allow a full range of motion.
2. Set the Weight
Choose a weight that challenges you while still allowing proper form. Start lighter if you’re new to the machine.
3. Grip the Handles
Sit down with your back against the pad, feet flat on the floor. Grip the handles firmly with elbows bent at about 90 degrees.
4. Push the Handles Down
Press the handles down by engaging your triceps until your arms are nearly straight.
5. Return with Control
Slowly let the handles rise back to the starting position. Keep the movement controlled and avoid letting the weights slam.
6. Repeat for 8–12 Reps
Aim for 8–12 reps per set. Focus on controlled movements and a good mind-muscle connection with your triceps.
